Done with overcomplicated app projects?

Turn your idea into a real app,
without the crap.

No 80-page decks. No buzzword bingo. Just a small team that helps you design, build, and launch a clean, working web or mobile app that people actually use.

From fuzzy idea → live MVP
Fixed-scope, plain-English plans
Founder & non-technical friendly
Not another agency. We say “no” a lot so the important “yes” actually ships.
What working with us feels like
Zero jargon. Zero drama.
1
We ask annoying but important questions. Who is this for? What does “done” look like? What can we leave out?
2
You get a brutally clear one-page plan. Features, rough timeline, and price. No surprise “phase 3” lurking in the shadows.
3
We build small, ship fast, and iterate. You see progress every week, not just at the end.
No crap means: fewer meetings, fewer rewrites, more working software.
No “discovery” that goes nowhere
No 12 tools when 3 will do
No mystery invoices
No “we’ll circle back next quarter” delays
Process

How App Without The Crap works

A simple, opinionated process designed to get you from “I’ve always wanted to build this” to “here’s the link, try it.”
1. Idea sanity check
We hop on a short call, poke holes in the idea (kindly), and figure out the smallest useful version we can actually ship.
Output: Plain-English concept brief
2. One-page build plan
You get a concise build plan: core user flows, screens, tech stack, timeline, and a straightforward price. No 200-slide decks.
Output: Signed-off, fixed-scope MVP plan
3. Design → build → launch
We design the key screens, build your app, show it to real humans, and ship. You see progress weekly and can call BS anytime.
Output: Working app + next steps roadmap
Fit

Who we’re perfect for (and who we’re not)

We’re brutally honest about fit. If we’re not the right team, we’ll tell you and happily point you elsewhere.
Great fit if you are…
A founder with a non-technical background. You know your problem and your customers, but want someone else to handle the build.
A small team with too many ideas. You need help saying “no” so one of your ideas actually ships.
A business that wants a simple app, not a platform. Internal tool, lightweight customer portal, or proof-of-concept web/mobile app.
Probably not a fit if you want…
Five committees to approve every button color. A 2-year “digital transformation roadmap” that never ships anything. The cheapest possible build with no concern for quality. A clone of six different apps merged into one mega-product.
Pricing

Simple, honest, scope-based pricing

We don’t bill by “hours” or line items you can’t decipher. You get a clear, fixed price for a clearly defined outcome.
MVP build (most projects)
$8k–$25k for a scoped MVP
Pricing depends on complexity, integrations, and number of user flows – not how many meetings we can cram in.
  • Web app, mobile-friendly web, or simple mobile app
  • Design, build, basic analytics, and launch support
  • Weekly check-ins and a single clear point of contact
  • Post-launch support options for tweaks and improvements

Questions

FAQ (aka: “but wait, what about…?”)

If your question isn’t here, just drop it in the form above. We answer in normal human language.
Do you work with totally non-technical founders?
Absolutely. Many of our favorite projects start with “I’m not a tech person, but…”. Our job is to translate your idea into something shippable, not to make you learn another stack of acronyms.
What tech stack do you use?
We keep it boring and reliable: modern web frameworks, battle-tested databases, and cloud platforms that won’t vanish next year. The stack is chosen based on your use-case, not on what’s trendy this week.
Can you take over an existing messy project?
Maybe. We’ll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it’s worth rescuing or cheaper to rebuild the core pieces cleanly. Either way, you get a clear recommendation.
Can we keep working together after launch?
Yes. Many clients ask us to stay on for a light ongoing support and improvement retainer so version 1 doesn’t become “the final version forever.”
